My poor blog has been much neglected and really much of that is due to not as many “I have got to post this images.” But, spring is here and my camera has been getting a lot of use! Here are a few of my two girls – I had so much fun with them trying to get good shots for Mother’s Day. As any photographer will tell you, your own kids are the hardest and mine were no exception!

I have a lot on the way – fun maternity shots, images of some new products I’m offering and even a few pictures of boys (it seems like I’ve only had girls around here lately!).

We headed down to Lake Michigan, made a little lunch stop at Castaways and then walked down to Oak Street Beach and the Oak Street Beachstro for a cocktail. Along the way, I got to play with my new lens – a 10.5mm fisheye. We had a great day – not a cloud in the sky and a perfect summer temperature.  I took a lot of pictures because I just had to give my new lens a good workout : )
