Out of the loop

Hello everyone!

Things have been a little rough for me lately.  My trusty laptop quit on me and left me without a way to do anything.

I’m writing this post on my new laptop – a Mac!  I’ve made the switch.

For those of you waiting for your galleries, I promise they will be up soon.  I’m waiting on my IT person to get me all of my files.  Luckily, my hard drives were saved.  Note to self:  Best to back up along the way and not just when you originally import pictures and when you’re finished!  No worries for anyone who’s waiting. . . I did have backups of all my original pictures!

While I was forceably removed from editing, I was able to attend the Obama Victory Rally at Grant Park.  Regardless of your politics, it really was an incredible place to be and a unbelievable chance to capture the moment.

I’ll be posting a link to a slideshow that I’ve done of the pictures I took.  I have to figure out how to do it on a Mac first!
