Well, this isn’t going to go down as the most fabulous birthday in my lifetime. I’m still sick with this awful virus. Luckily, L is on the mend and G is at her grammy and papa’s, so she’s having fun.
I did leave the house for about an hour (first time in about 2 1/2 weeks besides doctor’s visits and quick trips to the grocery store). I picked myself up a little present from my wonderful husband – a Blackberry 
and a new router since we’ve been without our dsl service for a bit. Then, I rushed home to rest up from my big adventure.
I think this is going to be a great year. I feel like I’ve come so far with my photography, the girls are getting big enough to be just a little more independent, and things just seem to be coming together nicely. Hope my hunch is right 
I have a few goals set for this year, but I think I’ll keep them in a safe place away from the harsh light of reality.
The website has been put on hold for a bit while I’ve been sick, but I’m hoping to finish it up enough to publish the website address to my friends and family in the next day or so. I really wanted to get it out on my birthday, but I decided to hold off so I can really be proud of it! I’m also finishing up pictures of two gorgeous newborns and a lovely maternity shoot. Don’t worry, I haven’t forgotten about you mamas, it’s just been too sickly over here and I haven’t had time to work on anything for almost 2 weeks. Being a nursemaid and then, a patient has really taken a bite out of my creativity!
At least we’ve decided on a rain date for me – July 22 is my alternate birthday this year. Hopefully, I’ll feel better by then!
